Wholesome Yoga is a personalized offering that brings together yoga and Ayurveda to support greater steadiness, ease, and connection in daily life. The Initial Pathway includes two sessions. The first session is a one-to-one conversation. Time is given to understand what is present for you, including your daily rhythm, current needs, season of life, and the influences of the natural season. After this session, a personal practice is created with care. This may include gentle movement, breath practices, meditation, rest, and simple Ayurvedic recommendations that are supportive and realistic for your life. The second session is a guided practice session. During this time, you will be guided through the practice that has been created for you, with space for questions, adjustments, and support in understanding how to bring it into your daily rhythm. This offering is not a general private yoga class. It is a thoughtful two-session process designed to help create a practice that feels personal, steady, and supportive.
