Sue is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic Head Massage Practitioner, with specialized training in Pulse reading, Marma Chikitsa, and Ayurvedic Bodywork and Therapeutics. In addition, she has taken many specialized workshops and courses which assist her in further supporting and guiding her clients in the areas of women’s health, pediatrics, Vedic astrology, meditation and pranayama to name a few.  Sue is intuitive, creative, grounded, and has a strong nurturing character.  She knows that this next phase of her life provides a unique opportunity to support and guide people of all ages, with a fullness of experience, as they discover and align with their true nature.

Lara has been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. She blends techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, and fire cupping into treatments that are equal parts restorative and relaxing. ​Whether you’re dealing with stubborn pain or just need to hit pause and recharge, Lara creates a welcoming space where your body can reset.  ​She graduated from East West College in Portland, OR (2004). Holly is a certified Life Coach and Heal Your Life Workshop Teacher, devoted to guiding women who feel overwhelmed back to joy, ease, and connection.  In her women's circles, she creates sacred spaces where you can release the weight of "doing it all",  be seen without judgement, and remember the truth of who you are.  Here, you'll find sisterhood, clarity, and the kind of joy that flows into every part of your life.

Cheryl is a Metaphysical Minister who integrates metaphysical principles with embodied practices to facilitate energetic alignment and conscious manifestation. Using tools such as yin yoga, guided visualization, yoga nidra, ritual, and intentional movement, Cheryl helps individuals connect to their inner wisdom, transform energetic patterns, and reach their highest potential.

Ashley is a compassionate and intuitive practitioner dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find harmony within. Her approach blends therapeutic massage, cupping, Reiki energy healing, and trauma-informed techniques to support balance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. A graduate with Honours from MaKami College’s 3000-hour Massage Therapy Program, Ashley is also a Reiki Master Teacher and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor. She integrates these modalities intuitively, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to release tension, restore vitality, and deepen self-awareness. With a background in Child and Youth Care, Ashley brings empathy, patience, and presence to every session. She believes healing is a sacred journey of returning home to oneself — and feels honored to walk alongside her clients as they heal, grow, and thrive.
