Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic therapy in which a continuous stream of warm, herbalized oil is gently poured over the forehead. This deeply calming treatment is traditionally used to settle the nervous system, quiet mental activity, and support profound states of rest and clarity. The oil is individually selected and applied in a quiet, intentional setting that supports deep relaxation and inward attention. This treatment may support: Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation Relief from stress, mental fatigue, and restlessness Improved sleep and mental clarity A sense of emotional balance and overall well-being Session Details Session length: 60 minutes Frequency: As needed or as part of a short series Not recommended during acute illness, congestion, or scalp sensitivity Shirodhara continues to be offered in its classical form.
