Shirodhara

Service Description

Shirodhara is a classical Ayurvedic treatment in which a continuous stream of warm, individualized Ayurvedic oil flows gently onto the forehead in a steady, rhythmic manner. Initial 75 minute session begins with a 30 minute consultation, followed by approximately 45 minute treatment. Recommended 3 Care Series: additional 2 treatments, approximately 45 minutes in length each. Shirodhara is then offered with quiet attention while remaining responsive to your individual needs. The treatment is often chosen during periods of stress, mental fatigue, restlessness, overwhelm, or when the nervous system is calling for deeper rest. It may also be received as part of ongoing seasonal or restorative care. The experience is quiet, nourishing, and profoundly settling—an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with a greater sense of ease.
