Reiki is a gentle hands-on energetic treatment that supports relaxation, restoration, and a greater sense of ease. Each treatment is offered with quiet attention and presence. Gentle Polarity may be used to help settle and prepare the body before Reiki is offered. Every treatment is individualized, allowing space for your body and nervous system to respond in their own way and in their own time. Reiki may be supportive during periods of stress, transition, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or when you simply need time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
