Marma Shiroabhyanga is an integrative Ayurvedic treatment combining classical Marma Treatment with the traditional practice of Shiroabhyanga. Each treatment begins with gentle Polarity to help stabilize prāṇa and prepare the body to receive care. Intentional marma work is then integrated with the application of individualized Ayurvedic oil to the head, face, ears, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Every treatment is adapted to the person receiving it. The experience encourages mental quiet, supports the nervous system, and promotes the healthy flow of prāṇa throughout the body.
