A Follow-Up session is available after an initial Lifestyle Consultation has been completed. These sessions offer space to reflect on what has been explored, notice how changes are being experienced, and consider what may feel supportive moving forward. Follow-Up sessions are guided by conversation, observation, and careful attention to your current experience. What a Follow-Up Session Includes Each session begins with a brief check-in, allowing time to revisit what was discussed during the initial consultation and to reflect on any changes you have made. Together, we explore what has been supportive, what may feel challenging, and whether any adjustments or refinements would be helpful at this time. Guidance is offered thoughtfully, with respect for your pace and daily life. How Follow-Up Sessions Are Used Follow-Up sessions support continuity and clarity over time. They offer an opportunity to deepen understanding, refine lifestyle guidance related to diet and daily or seasonal routine, and respond to changes as they arise naturally. Follow-up sessions continue the lifestyle focus of the initial consultation and are shaped by your current experience and pace.
